Frequently Asked Questions

I grew up coming to the orchard, will it be different?

We hope you’ll enjoy our new additions to the farm. It will be different than years past, but we hope to preserve the nostalgia and charm of the apple orchard.

What do i do when i arrive?

Park your car in our designated parking area, come up to our barn to buy a U Pick bag, entry ticket, and other goodies, then stay and enjoy your day!

What activities do you have for kids?

On weekends in addition to apple picking we offer hay rides, bounce houses, and a petting zoo!

Can i schedule a PHOTOgraphy session at the orchard?

Yes! Please use the contact page and submit an inquiry about taking pictures at the orchard.

Are restrooms available?

We have portable restrooms available at the orchard for 2019.

Is parking available?

Parking is available on site for free!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and credit.

do you host fund raisers?

We love our community and are happy to consider hosting a fund raiser for your organization. Visit our fund raising page for more information and please submit an inquiry on our contact page.

How should i store my apples?

To preserve the quality of your apples when you take them home, you should wash and refrigerate them. Elimination of exposure to oxygen and heat will give your apples the longest shelf life. Varieties vary in shelf life and because our apples are picked at their peak of freshness, they should be used as soon as possible.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry! Due to agriculture laws and safety regulations pets are not allowed.

When is the event barn being built?

We hope to have construction underway in early 2021.

Why can’t I climb the trees?

Unfortunately, the trees cannot handle the stress of being climbed!

Why did you buy the orchard?

While we are not originally farmers by trade, this has been a dream of ours for a long time. We hope to create the best possible experience for you and your family while you are here! We are still learning the tricks of the trade so please be patient with us. There are bound to be bumps along the way, but if you have any suggestions as to how we could improve- please let us know!
